My name is Aqique, I am working in telecom company in UAE. I am working as a 1st level support for IPTV services.

The major part of my job is to make sure all the channels are working fine. The tool we are using here is (nCC compass) for monitoring its an Ericssion tool but the thing is it does not give alarms for every single channel. So we have to do a manual service check.. which is very annoying checking more than 350 channels every day.

Please let me know ur suggestion for resolution. I was trying to find a remote control where, i can set time to change the channel automatically. The setup box here we are using is of Motorola.

Hope i will get some resolution from here.
